a whole medjool date, split and filled by hand. the stuffed date changes now and then, but this is what's on the counter right now: a filling of almond flour, flax, almond butter, tahini, raw honey, raw cacao, and espresso, sealed with 70% dark chocolate and finished with flaky sea salt, cacao nibs, and a dusting of espresso. refined sugar free. one date, priced each.
