how ordering works

everything is made fresh each week in small batches in saratoga springs, ny.

order by saturday at 9pm. jars are built sunday night, the day before you pick them up.

pickup is monday in saratoga springs. the exact address and timing come with your order confirmation. local dropoff is available within saratoga springs if monday doesn't work; just leave a note at checkout.

jars keep 3 to 5 days refrigerated. which is to say: breakfast through friday.

bring your empties back. return your clean jar at pickup and your next oats + chia is $13.

latte butter and truffles ride along with any pickup. latte butter keeps at room temperature for about three months; truffles stay refrigerated.

a note on what's inside

each oats + chia jar includes one functional ingredient: maca, camu camu, astragalus, or chaga. some of these are not recommended during pregnancy, with certain medications, or with autoimmune conditions. when in doubt, check with your doctor.
